I had my split system go down in Kihei. Let’s just say wife was not happy lol. Super hot! Called Sturdevant Air Conditioning and they sent kainalu to troubleshoot the very next day. Couldn’t believe the response time 🙌 He was Super professional and new his stuff! After he was done with the work and back in his truck I had one more question and he came off his break to help me. Ac is back up and running! Thanks so much!

We had Sturtevants install a new central AC in our home and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Artie was timely with the proposal and addressed all of our questions and Joshua and his crew were amazing with the actual install . They were timely yet not rushed and patient with all of our questions. We will continue to call on Sturtevants for all of our AC needs.

The service technician, Jerry, did excellent work. He moved small furniture and lamps carefully and left everything the the way it was before servicing. He was very thorough cleaning each unit. We were very happy with Artie, who came to the condo, took pictures and sent me the pictures to approve.Andy and John showed up on the agreed upon date and time. They were super nice, courteous and respectful. We particularly enjoyed working along side them, they were fun, enjoyed their work and had fun at the same time.

The service technician (Jerry) was awesome. He was courteous, efficient, and friendly… everything we could have hoped for in a technician. Not only did he perform the quarterly service, but he also fixed the overall operation issue with the AC unit (it stopped cooling the night before). Sturdevant AC is the best! We’ve owned our home on Maui for over 15 years and Sturdevant provided the best service for central AC we have experienced. Great company and great people!

Alex performed the maintenance on our home AC system August 25. Our system had shut down 10 days earlier when the AC drain line became plugged. We had opened the line and got the system functioning but we wanted to have the air handler cleaned and the AC drain line flushed by a professional. Alex was exceptional. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and took the time to educate us on system maintenance and drain line maintenance. We’ve told Sturdevant that Alex is quite an asset to their firm. He has both strong technical skills and strong customer service skills. He provided service that clearly exceeded our expectations.

We recently had new air-conditioning installed and we are so thrilled with the company!! Matt our project manager was professional and answered every question we asked with clarity and politeness. Our installers Andy and Josh were AWESOME, they were punctual,professional and made the whole experience pleasant!! Thank you to Chris who made sure we had all the proper equipment for the job!! Sturdevant seemed to be able to do what no other HVAC company could do for our HVAC units at our commercial property. We’ve had multiple companies visit over the years for our older units and nobody was able to get all the units back up and running this last time. I happened to stumble across Sturdevant via Google and they were so responsive and sent a tech out right away. The air is finally back up and the store is beyond ecstatic and said this has been the best tech and company they’ve ever had working on their units. I’m looking forward to continue working with them and so happy we finally found a reliable HVAC vendor in Maui!

It is the actual people on the ground of any enterprise that make all the difference. Gary and Josh are the technicians who installed new air conditioning units for us and they represent just the people one hopes will be in charge of such a massive project.Gary and Josh had to deal with some difficult physical challenges with respect to existing ductwork and the removal of the units being replaced. They handled everything steadfastly and very professionally.We appreciate their courteous, thoughtful, and communicative manners and, of course, their very hard work. They maintain a clean workspace and work diligently and thoughtfully checking their work and refining settings to insure everything is operating optimally.At times, we could not be home with them over the course of the four day period. Leaving them alone in our home was never an issue and we did so with confidence.Mahalo Gary and Josh.

This company did a wonderful and fairly-priced maintenance on my central air conditioning unit. Very thorough. Alex came to review the situation and Marco did the actual maintenance. Both gentlemen were delightful and pleasant. And I have great peace of mind about my equipment being in good order as I’ve been using it much more often during these hot summers.

This was a game changing decision. I’m kicking my self thinking why haven’t I gotten air conditioning sooner. The team at Sturdevant Air were great. Steve, the owner, Doug and Justin, the install team are real professionals. The install team did a quality install, referred me to a great product, were extremely knowledgeable in regards to upgrading electrical components and ac placement. If you haven’t installed AC yet, what are you waiting for? I wish I did it 10 years ago. When considering who to assist you in this upgrade to your home give these guys a call. They will do it right and you won’t have any regrets.

This is my second review. At my home, my AC unit experienced an untimely early death. The Sturdevant crew gave me a thorough estimate, and, in the matter of 1-1/2 days, replaced the entire system. Taylor, Kevin, Anton, Josh and Sean were amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient. I will admit that the price wasn't cheap, but it was definitely worth every cent !! Thanks to all of you for your service above and beyond. I stay at 78 degrees now, happily. Mahalo.

At our office, our ancient A/C had died. After locating and ordering the new system, we were assigned an amazing crew of Sturdevant technicians. Brad P, Rodney and Anton spent 3-1/2 days wrestling the old system from the ceiling and installing the brand new unit(s). The crew was professional, courteous, friendly, neat and thorough.
