How often should I ask the professional members of the STURDEVANT Team to service my HVAC system?

If you use the HVAC system each day in your home, we suggest a minimal frequency of service of 4 times per year.

What does the basic HVAC service include? 

We check to see that the system is operating at the highest efficiency possible for the age of the unit.

• If there is a problem with the system, we will let you know and the cost.
• Clean the outdoor condenser.
• Check and change the filter as necessary.
• Clear condensate drain(s) Safety and hazard check.
